Communication – Strong communication is essential to success on the field. Whether verbal or non-verbal, players must stay connected with their teammates to anticipate, react, and execute every play as one unit.
Coachability – Being coachable means embracing feedback and using it as a tool for growth. Our players are open to learning, eager to improve, and consistently work to sharpen their skills through guidance and hard work.
Expect HEAT From the Players
Heart – Our players give everything they have every time they step on the field. Heart means playing with perseverance, determination, and resilience—leaving nothing behind and pushing through every challenge.
